The Role and Improvement of Cadet Assessment in Military Academies

军校学员评估是对军校教育教学效果、人才培训质量和办学水平的直接体现。分析了学员评估的三方面意义,讨论了学员评估的主要内容,最后针对学员评估的特点,从研究新形势对学员评估的新要求、认识考试在学员评估中的作用、发挥教员和学员队干部对学员评估的作用三方面提出了建议。

Cadet evaluation is a direct reflection of the effect of military education and teaching,the quality of personnel training and the level of running schools.Three aspects for the significance of cadet evaluation was analyzed and the main contents of cadet evaluation was discussed.Finally,the suggests from three aspects of the characteristics of cadet evaluation were put forward,including studying the new requirements of student evaluation under the new situation,understanding the role of examination in cadet evaluation,and giving play to the role of teachers and cadet administrators in cadet evaluation.
