高职院校专业结构与区域产业结构对接研究--以株洲市职教园高职院校为例

Research on the Connection between the Professional Structure and Regional Industrial Structure of Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Zhuzhou Vocational Education Park as an Example

高职院校专业设置要以市场需求为导向,根据当地产业政策的要求和产业结构、技术结构的变化开设经济发展、社会进步所需要的专业。以株洲职教大学城内高职学校为例,通过调查分析发现当前与第一产业相关的专业缺失,与第二、第三产业总体上基本对接,但是专业结构还需要进一步优化调整;提出了提升株洲高职院校专业设置与产业结构适应性的对策建议。

Set in the major of higher vocational colleges should take the market demand as the guidance, according to the requirements of the local industrial policy and the change of industry structure, technical structure open economic development social progress need professional articles in Zhuzhou vocational education at the university of higher vocational schools in the city as an example, the investigation and analysis, the author found out that the current lack of first industry related professional, basic docking with the second and third industrial structure on the whole, but also need to be further optimized structure, higher vocational colleges and puts forward the ascension Zhuzhou professional setting and the industrial structure adaptive countermeasures suggested.
