摘要 作为第二课堂的有效延伸,俱乐部模式为学员创新实践能力的培养提供了"内趋式创新"平台。结合办学定位,在为俱乐部赋予军事特色的基础上,详细阐述了学员创新实践俱乐部的运行模式。从学员满意度调查、服务能力提升、创新实践大赛成果三方面,对基于创新实践俱乐部的学员创新能力培养效果进行了分析。实践证明,俱乐部模式有效弥补了"外趋式创新"的不足,是一种值得探索应用的模式。 As an effective extension of the second classroom, the club model provides an "introspective innovation" platform for the cultivation of students’ innovative practical ability. Based on the orientation of our school, on the basis of giving military characteristics to the club, firstly, the article elaborates the operating mode of the our innovative practice club. From the three aspects of the student satisfaction survey, the service ability improvement and the innovation practice competition, the effect of the innovative ability training of the students based on the innovation practice club was analyzed. Practice has proved that the club model can effectively compensates for the shortcomings of "external innovation" and it is a model worth exploring and applying.
