浙西南革命精神引领高校学生党建工作的路径研究

The Path of the Integration of the Revolutionary Spirit of Southwest Zhejiang into Party Construction for College Students

高校学生党建工作质量关系党的基层党组织的先进性,影响着高校学生思想政治工作的成效。"忠诚使命、求是挺进、植根人民"的浙西南革命精神有助于学生党员树立坚定的理想信念,保持高校学生党组织的先进性与纯洁性。浙西南革命精神引领高校学生党建工作,一是引领高校学生党组织政治建设活动,增强政治认同,提高政治站位;二是引领思想建设,坚定理想信念;三是引领文化建设,坚定文化自信;四是引领实践活动,加强服务意识。

The quality of Party construction of college students is related to the advanced nature of Party grassroots Party organizations,which affects the effectiveness of ideological and political work of college students.However,the current Party construction of college students is facing the challenge of"emphasizing quantity over quality,development over training,development over management".This requires us to strengthen the battle fortress and vanguard exemplary role of student Party organizations in Colleges and universities.The revolutionary spirit of the southwest Zhejiang,which is"loyal to the mission,seeking for advancement and rooting the people",helps the Party members to establish firm ideals and beliefs and maintain the advanced and pure nature of the Party organization of college students.Therefore,it is of vital importance to study the revolutionary spirit of the southwest Zhejiang into the Party construction of college students.The article proposes to proceed from the following four aspects:First,integrate the revolutionary spirit of southwest Zhejiang into the political construction activities of Party organizations of college students,enhance political identity and improve political position;Second,integrate ideological construction,strengthen ideals and beliefs of college students;Third,integrate cultural construction and strengthen cultural self-confidence of college students;Fourth,integrate practical activities and strengthen service awareness of college students.
