习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的对外传播对于我国实践新发展理念、促进理论自身发展、深化国际合作、参与全球环境治理、助推经济全球化进程、构建人类命运共同体十分必要。然而,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的对外传播难以避免文化意识形态屏障、话语体系完善、话语权争夺等现实挑战。为此,需要通过提高理论魅力与自信突破国际意识形态屏障;需要通过批判、创造和吸纳话语来不断完善自身话语体系;需要内增国力、外树形象争夺国际话语权。实现习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对外传播的长远性、广泛性、实效性,需要加强对外传播理论建设、拓宽对外传播渠道、提高对外传播能力。
