项目驱动下校政合作培养中文应用型人才的实践与思考--以丽水学院汉语言文学专业暑期教学实践为例 被引量:1

摘要 丽水学院汉语言文学专业采用"中文+网络新媒体"的人才培养模式,旨在培养能适应网络新媒体领域需要的汉语言文学专业高素质应用人才。为了切实提高人才的应用能力,通过项目形式与当地政府有关部门合作开展暑期教学实践活动,这种项目驱动的校政合作人才培养模式既助推了乡村的振兴,又促进了学生的成长成才,取得了合作共赢的效果。因此,项目驱动下的校政合作是汉语言文学专业应用型人才培养行之有效的方式,值得推广。 The Chinese major of Lishui University adopts the talent training mode of "Chinese + network new media", aiming to cultivate high-quality applied talents of Chinese major who can meet the needs of network new media. In order to effectively improve the application ability of talents, summer teaching practice activities are carried out in cooperation with relevant departments of local government in the form of projects. Taking "entering the red countryside" as an example, the practical results are analyzed emphatically. It is believed that the project not only promotes the revitalization of the red countryside, but also make the university students useful and applicable, and the two-party winnings are realzed. Therefore, it is pointed out that the project-driven cooperation between university and government is an effective way to cultivate practical talents of Chinese major. It is worth popularizing.
