摘要
心肌纤维化是各种心血管疾病向终末期发展的必然过程,是决定心血管疾病预后的关键因素。选择合适的生物标志物可实现对心肌纤维化的早期识别和早期干预,延缓疾病进程。Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽和Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽被认为是体内Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原合成的间接标志。现就Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽和Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽在心肌纤维化的研究进展进行综述。
Myocardial fibrosis is an inevitable process of the end-stage development of various cardiovascular diseases and a key factor in determining the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.The selection of appropriate biomarkers enables early identification and early intervention of myocardial fibrosis,delaying disease progression.TypeⅠprocollagen carboxy terminal peptide(PⅠCP)and typeⅢprocollagen amino terminal peptide(PⅢNP)are considered to be indirect markers of typeⅠandⅢcollagen synthesis in vivo.This article reviews the research progress of PⅠCP and PⅢNP in myocardial fibrosis.
