双流化床物料循环系统的冷态试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 合理控制物料循环流率是双流化床反应器系统装置设计开发和运行的关键。在自主搭建的双流化床物流循环冷态试验平台上,针对燃烧炉风速Uc、热解炉风速Ub、静床层高度Hb及颗粒粒径dp等运行参数对物料循环流率Gs的影响规律进行了试验研究,结果表明:燃烧炉风速、热解炉风速和静床层高度的增大都会使得物料循环流率增大,但热解炉风速增加幅度不大;同时,分析了运行参数对Loop-seal返料性能的影响,结果表明,在试验运行参数范围内,物料循环流率受运行参数影响程度顺序为:Hb>Uc>dp>Ub。研究结果可为双流化床反应器的设计及运行提供参考。 To properly control solid circulaion rate plays a vital role in design & development and steady operation of dual fluidized bed(DFB). The experiment of present research were conducted on the Cold-Model dual fluidized bed, the factoers affecting the solids circulating rate are inveatigated, including air velocity in the combustion furnace(Uc), air velocity in the pyrolysis furnace(Ub), static bed height(Hb)and material particle size(dp). The result shows that the solid circulation rate(Gs) increase with Uc,Ub or Hb increasing,but the acceleration rate does not increase greatly when rising Ub. Meanwhile, the influence of operation parameters on the circulating performance of Loop-seal was analyzed. Further analysis of experiment data shows that the order of influence degree of Gs by operating parameters, within the range operating parameters, is : Hb >Uc>dp>Ub. To some extent, these results are consultative for the design and operation of dual fluidized bed reactor.
