焦炉荒煤气显热回收换热器传热特性的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on heat transfer characteristics of sensible heat recovery heat exchanger in coke oven gas

摘要 为了研究不同的换热器类型在焦炉荒煤气显热回收装置的传热效果,依据相似与模化原理,搭建了空气-水传热实验台,通过传热实验,对比分析了夹套管与螺旋盘管两种换热器在不同工况下的传热系数,并根据实验数据计算拟合出空气侧的传热关联式。结果表明:夹套管与螺旋盘管的换热系数随空气流量的增大而增大,受工质侧水流量的影响不大。螺旋盘管的换热系数受上升管内筒筒壁和螺旋盘管管壁之间的空气层热阻影响较大。在相同的工况条件下,夹套管的换热系数是螺旋盘管的1.5倍,结合现场参数进行热力计算,夹套管比螺旋盘管每小时可以多产生1.7 MPa的蒸汽57.1 kg。 In order to study the heat transfer effect of different types of heat exchanger in a coke oven gas sensible heat recovery device, based on the similarity and modeling principle, an air-water heat transfer test bench was built. Comparative experiments on jacketed heat exchanger and spiral disk heat exchanger were carried out. The heat transfer coefficients of the two heat exchangers of the jacketed tube and the spiral coil under different working conditions were compared and analyzed, and the heat transfer correlation of the air side was calculated according to the experimental data. Results show that the heat transfer coefficients ofthe jacketed tube and the spiral coil increase with the increase of the air flow rate, and are not affected by the water flow of the working medium side. The heat transfer coefficient of the spiral coil is greatly affected by the thermal resistance of the air layer between the inner tube wall of the riser tube and the wall of the spiral coil tube. Under the same working conditions, the heat transfer coefficient of the jacketed tube is 1.5 times that of the spiral coil. Combined with the on-site parameters for thermal calculation, the jacketed sleeve can generate 57.1 kg of steam of 1.7 MPa per hour compared with the spiral coil.
