摘要
水冷散热器具有较高的冷却效率,广泛应用在CPU冷却技术中。建立了空腔式、翅柱式、隔板翅柱混合式三种不同结构的散热器模型,使用商用计算流体动力学软件ANSYS FLUENT进行流场数值模拟。在进口流量相同的情况下,通过对三种结构的散热器内的流动特征及温度分布的比较分析,发现翅柱式结构散热器内部流场湍动剧烈,可以显著提高CPU的冷却效果。在进口管道增加隔板后,散热器内的涡强度进一步增强,冷却效果略有提高,CPU表面上的冷却均匀性进一步提高。
Water coolers have been widely used in CPU cooling with high cooling efficiency. Here, three water cooler models with different structures of cavity type, fin column and division plate-fin column were established. Numerical simulation was carried out, using the commercial computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS FLUENT. Under the same inlet flow, flow fields and temperature distributions in the three water coolers were analyzed and compared. Results showed that turbulence in the fin-column type water cooler can significantly improve the cooling effect for CPU. With the deployment of a division plate in the inlet pipe, the vortex intensity in the water cooler is further elevated, the cooling effect and the cooling uniformity over CPU surface are enhanced.
