摘要
2017年底公布的第四轮学科评估结果引起了广泛热议。本文以“以评促建”为切入点,分析现存的评估制度在评估主体、评估性质、评估指标、评估结果等方面存在的不足,认为未来应从进一步明确学科建设内涵、扩大高校经费来源、淡化评估指标体系的“导向作用”、柔化高校参评条件等方面继续完善学科评估制度。
The results of the fourth round of discipline evaluations announced at the end of 2017 caused widespread debate.Taking"promoting construction through evaluation"as the starting point,it is considered that the existing evaluation system has deficiencies in the evaluation subject,evaluation nature,evaluation indicators,evaluation results,etc.In the future,the connotation of discipline construction should be further clarified,the funding sources of universities should be expanded,and the"guiding role"of the evaluation index system should be diluted,to soften the conditions for participation in colleges and universities and continue to improve the discipline evaluation system.
