从延安精神中汲取做好新时期组织工作的力量

Draw Strength from the Spirit of Yan'an to Enlighten the Organization Work of the New Period

延安精神是党中央在延安时期形成的好思想、好作风,是马克思主义与中国革命实践相结合的产物。弘扬延安精神,就是要在深刻理解延安精神丰富内涵的基础上,联系工作实际,找到二者之间的契合点,为新时期更好的发展提供理论源泉和思想武器。本文从坚定正确的政治方向、坚持解放思想与实事求是路线、树立全心全意为人民服务的宗旨、培养自力更生与艰苦奋斗精神这四个方面论述了延安精神对新时期组织工作的启示。

Yan'an spirit is a good thought and style formed by the Party Central Committee in Yan'an period.It is the product of combining Marxism with Chinese revolutionary practice.To carry forward the Yan'an spirit is to deeply understand the rich connotation of Yan'an spirit,to connect the working practice and find the conjunction point between the two,so as to provide a theoretical source and ideological weapon for better development in the new era.This paper discusses the Yan'an spirit from four aspects of enlightenment to the organization work of the new period:(1)We must firmly adhere to the right political direction;(2)We must emancipate our minds and seek truth from facts;(3)We must establish the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly;(4)We must develop a spirit of self-reliance and hard struggle.
