Pender健康促进模式在内镜下胃底曲张静脉断流术后的应用效果评价

Application of Pender Health Promotion on the patients receiving endoscopic selective varices devascularization

目的探讨Pender健康促进模式在内镜下胃底曲张静脉术后应用的效果。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月在河池市人民医院消化内科住院行内镜下胃底曲张静脉断流术的患者100例为研究对象,按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于Pender健康促进模式的护理干预。观察比较两组患者术后的自我管理行为及复查依从率。结果观察组患者术后3、6个月的自我管理行为各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01);术后6个月观察组复查依从率为80.00%(40/50),高于对照组的52.00%(26/50)(P<0.01)。结论Pender健康促进模式护理干预能提高内镜下胃底曲张静脉断流术后患者的自我管理行为和复查依从率。

Objective To explore the effect of Pender Health Promotion on patients receiving endoscopic selective varices devascularization(ESVD).Methods A hundred patients who underwent ESVD in People's Hospital of Hechi City from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in observation group were treated with nursing intervention of Pender Health Promotion.The self-management behaviors,compliance rates between the two groups after operation were compared.Results The all dimensions of self-management behavior score and total score in observation group were higher than those in control group.And the compliance rate of reexamination in observation group was higher than that of the control group 6 months after operation(P<0.01).Conclusions Self-management behavior and compliance rate reexamination can be promoted through the application of Pender Health Promotion.
