西医药物及牵引治疗联合身痛逐瘀汤在腰间盘突出症患者中的应用价值

Application value of western medicine and traction therapy combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨西医药物及牵引治疗联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法将2016年1月至2019年1月我院收治的90例LDH患者随机分为对照组(45例,药物及牵引治疗)与观察组(45例,药物、牵引+身痛逐瘀汤治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛因子、炎性因子水平、腰功能及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛因子(SP、BK、PGE2、5-HT)及血清炎症因子(IL-2、IL-1β、TNF-α、NO)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组M-JOA、RMQ评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西医药物及牵引治疗联合身痛逐瘀汤治疗LDH效果显著,可降低疼痛因子水平及炎症反应,改善腰功能及生活质量,临床价值显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of western medicine and traction therapy combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods A total of 90 patients with LDH admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(45 cases, drug and traction treatment) and observation group(45 cases, drug, traction+Shentong Zhuyu decoction treatment). The therapeutic effect,levels of pain factors and inflammatory factors, lumbar function and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the pain factors(SP, BK, PGE2, 5-HT) and serum inflammatory factors(IL-2, IL-1β, TNF-α,NO) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05);the improvement of M-JOA and RMQ scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Western medicine and traction therapy combined with Shentong Zhuyu decoction has a significant effect on LDH, which can reduce pain factors level and inflammatory reaction, improve lumbar function and quality of life, and has a significant clinical value.
