五音特色护理干预在脑卒中睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果

Application effect of five tone characteristic nursing intervention in patients with sleep disorders of stroke

目的观察五音特色护理干预在脑卒中睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年1月至12月收治的146例脑卒中睡眠障碍患者按照护理方式分成对照组与观察组,各73例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予五音特色护理。比较两组的应用效果。结果护理后,两组的PSQI及SRSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的睡眠效率均提高,入睡潜伏期均缩短,觉醒次数均减少,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五音特色护理可有效提高脑卒中睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,缩短入睡潜伏期,减少觉醒次数,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of five tone characteristic nursing intervention in patients with sleep disorders of stroke. Methods A total of 146 patients with sleep disorders of stroke admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing mode, with 73 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given five tone characteristic nursing on the basis of the control group. The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of PSQI and SRSS in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the sleep efficiency in the two groups increased, the sleep latency shortened,the number of wakes reduced, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Five tone characteristic nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with sleep disorders of stroke, shorten the sleep latency and reduce the number of wakes, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
