不同时期的护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩结局的影响

Effect of nursing intervention at different periods on delivery outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的比较不同时期的护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血糖控制效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法以78例GDM孕产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为早期组(n=40)与晚期组(n=38)。早期组于孕周≤30周时即开始接受护理干预方案,晚期组在孕周>30周时开始接受护理干预方案。比较两组的血糖控制效果及妊娠结局。结果干预4周后,早期组的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖显著低于晚期组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早期组的孕妇及新生儿并发症总发生率分别为25.0%与27.5%,均显著低于晚期组的50.0%和52.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期筛查、诊断及护理干预对提升GDM患者的血糖控制效果及分娩质量具有重要意义。

Objective To compare the influences of nursing intervention at different periods on effect of blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods A total of 78 cases of pregnant women with GDM were as the study objects and randomly divided into early group(n=40) and late group(n=38). The early group began to receive nursing intervention program at gestational weeks ≤30 weeks, and the late group began to receive nursing intervention program at gestational weeks >30 weeks. The effect of blood glucose control and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the early group were significantly lower than those in the late group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidences of complications of pregnant women and newborns in the early group were 25.0% and 27.5%, respectively, which were significantly lower than 50.0% and 52.6% in the late group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early screening, diagnosis and nursing intervention are of great significance to improve the blood glucose control effect and delivery quality of GDM patients.
