孕期瑜伽训练结合营养指导对初产妇母婴结局的影响

Effects of Yoga combined with nutritional guidance in pregnancy on maternal and infant outcomes of primiparas

目的探讨孕期瑜伽训练结合营养指导对初产妇母婴结局的影响。方法选取2019年3~9月孕12周在我院建档接受常规产检及宣教并在我院分娩单胎初产妇130例为对照组,选取同期在对照组基础上自愿参加孕期瑜伽训练及营养指导的初产妇130例为观察组,分析两组母婴结局。结果观察组孕期体重增长值、孕期体重增长过度率、妊娠期糖尿病发病率、巨大儿发生率低于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组,第一、第二产程及总产程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组足月低体重儿出生率、新生儿窒息率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕期瑜伽训练结合营养指导可有效控制孕妇孕期体重过度增长,降低妊娠期糖尿病发病率、巨大儿发生率,提高自然分娩率。

Objective To investigate the effects on the maternal and infants outcome by Yoga training and nutrition guidance during pregnancy.Methods From March 2019 to September 2019,130 primiparas with single birth who received routine birth examination before 12 weeks of pregnancy were selected as the control group,and 130 primiparas who participated in Yoga training and nutrition guidance during pregnancy on the basis of the control group were selected as the observation group during the same period,the of maternal and infant outcomes in two groups were analyzed.Results The body weight gain,excess rate of weight gain,gestational diabetes incidence and macrosomia incidence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the natural childbirth rate in the observation group was higher than which in the control group.the first,second and total stages of labor of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in birth rate of full-term low birth weight infants and asphyxia rate of between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yoga training combined with nutrition guidance during pregnancy can effectively control excessive pregnancy weight gain,and reduce gestational diabetes incidence and macrosomia incidence rate,which also can improve the natural childbirth rate.
