根管治疗术的填充程度对急性牙髓炎患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of the filling degree of root canal treatment on the treatment effect of patients with acute pulpitis

目的探讨根管治疗术的填充程度对急性牙髓炎患者治疗效果的影响。方法选择2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的急性牙髓炎患者100例纳入研究工作,按照随机抽签法分为两组,每组各50例,均实施根管治疗术;在此基础上,对照组采用根管欠量填充方法,研究组采用根管适量填充方法。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后心理状态评分以及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的SAS、SDS评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的各项生活质量评分均高于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性牙髓炎患者实施根管治疗术适量填充方法,可以明显提高临床治疗效果,可以明显缓解其负面情绪以及提高其生活质量,有重要作用价值。

Objective To study the effect of the filling degree of root canal therapy on the treatment effect of patients with acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random sampling method,50 cases in each group.All patients underwent root canal therapy.On this basis,the control group used roots tube underfill filling method,the study group used the root tube proper filling method.The clinical effect,psychological status score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the study group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS,SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment in the scores of quality of life(P>0.05).The scores of quality of life after treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of filling the root canal in patients with acute pulpitis can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,can significantly alleviate its negative emotions and improve its quality of life,and has important value.
