磁共振成像与计算机断层扫描检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值比较 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较磁共振成像(MRI)与计算机断层扫描(CT)影像检查在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1~9月我院收治的50例老年多发性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行MRI和CT检查。对比两种检查方式在患者不同发病时间的脑梗死检出率、不同部位脑梗死病灶检出状况与检查时间、梗死灶检出数量和面积。结果MRI在脑梗死发病24 h内与24~72 h的检出率高于CT,总检出率高于CT(P<0.05)。MRI在患者小脑、顶叶及基底部位的脑梗死病灶检出率高于CT(P<0.05)。MRI的检查时间明显短于CT,脑梗死病灶检出数量多于CT,脑梗死病灶检出面积小于CT(P<0.05)。结论在老年多发性脑梗死诊断中,MRI影像检查方式的实践价值显著高于CT。 Objective To compare the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and computed tomography(CT)imaging in the diagnosis of senile multiple cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2019 to September 2019,50 elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction were enrolled in our hospital.All patients were examined by MRI and CT.The detection rate of cerebral infarction,the detection status and time of cerebral infarction,the number and area of cerebral infarction were compared between the two methods at different time of onset.Results The detection rate of MRI was higher than that of CT within 24 h and 24-72 h after cerebral infarction,the total detection rate was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRI in patients with cerebellum,parietal lobe and basal cerebral infarction was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The time of MRI examination was shorter than that of CT,the number of cerebral infarction lesions of MRI was more than that of CT,the detection area of cerebral infarction lesions of MRI was significantly smaller than that of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion The practical value of MRI imaging in the diagnosis of senile multiple cerebral infarction is significantly higher than CT.
