摘要
结合2014年和2016年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据和省域宏观数据,利用多层次估计法探讨地区教育人力资本对教育代际传递的影响,并采用分组回归的方法对城乡和不同性别群体进行异质性分析。结果发现,在控制个人、父母和家庭背景等变量之后,地区教育人力资本的提高可显著抑制教育代际传递,促进教育公平。异质性分析结果表明,地区教育人力资本的提高对教育代际传递的影响存在显著的城乡间和性别间差异,具体表现在可显著抑制农村子代和女性子代与父母间的教育代际传递,对城镇子代和男性子代与父母间的教育代际传递无显著影响。
Based on the CLDS micro sample data and macro provincial level data in 2014 and 2016 in this paper, the hierarchical estimation method is used to analyze the impact of regional education human capital on intergenerational transmission of education, and the heterogeneity of urban and rural areas and different gender groups is analyzed by grouping regression. The result shows that: the improvement of regional education human capital can significantly inhibit the intergenerational transmission effect. The results of the grouping regression analysis shows that the growth of regional educational human capital can significantly inhibit the influence of parents’ education background on the education level of rural and female children, but it has no significant influence on the intergenerational transmission of education between urban offspring, male offspring and parents.
