摘要
复旦大学以全视角学习理论为指导,结合动机、内容和互动三个维度,构建涵盖课程体系、师资队伍、教学方法、赛事活动、内外资源和创业生态等内容的"六位一体"创业型人才培养模式,在创业型人才培养方面取得一定成绩。国内其他高校在创业型人才培养过程中,可依据全视角学习理论,统一人才培养观念以强化动机基础,通过持续积累人才培养实践以夯实内容基础,在各种互动过程中积极创造良好氛围、建立弹性管理机制、获得内外多方支持,进而构建出系统有效的创业型人才培养模式。
Under the guidance of the full view learning theory, combining three dimensions of motivation, contents and interaction, Fudan University constructed the"six in one"entrepreneurial talents cultivation mode covering curriculum system, faculty, teaching methods, events, internal or external resources and entrepreneurial ecology, and has made some achievements in entrepreneurial talent cultivation. In the light of full view learning theory, other colleges and universities in China should unify the concept of talent cultivation to strengthen the motivation foundation, accumulate continuously to consolidate the content foundation, and actively create a good atmosphere, establish flexible management mechanism, and obtain the support from both inside and outside in various interactive processes in order to build a systematic and effective entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode.
