摘要
当前中国特色世界一流大学建设,从本质特征上说需要具备高尚的道德境界、独特的人格魅力;广博的视界和精深的学问;兼容中西的学术素养;深谙治校育人规律;识才、爱才、用人的高尚品格的伯乐型校长。从生成的理论逻辑来讲,伯乐型校长是世界一流大学建设必不可少的关键要素;是世界一流大学建设前进的根本动力;符合世界一流大学建设规律。从生成的实践逻辑来讲,伯乐型校长可以通过角色扮演、目标引领、评价机制等层面培育。
In contemporary China, the practice of constructing world-class universities with Chinese characteristics essentially calls for principals who are qualified with moral realm, unique personality charm, wide horizon and profound knowledge. Meanwhile, they should have both the Chinese and western academic accomplishments, be proficient in school management and talents cultivation, and be characterized by the ability of recognizing, treasuring and making good use of talents. In terms of the laws of generative theory, a principal, who can recognize and utilize talents, is the key factor and fundamental motivation for constructing a world-class university. It is in line with the law of the worldclass university construction. In terms of generation practices, such type of principals can be cultivated through role playing, goal guidance and the establishment of evaluation mechanisms.
