摘要 中外合作办学作为教育国际化的重要部分,备受关注.西南大学从2016年起招收生物技术专业的中澳合作"2+2"项目,为提高教学质量,将包括发酵工程在内的所有专业必修课进行了全英文/双语的教学改革.对西南大学西塔学院生物技术专业的发酵工程双语教学改革进行调查分析,从教材、教学师资、学生英语水平等方面探究存在的问题与不足,并对发酵工程双语教学的实施途径和效果进行了评价与思考,以期为深化发酵工程双语教学改革提供参考. As an important part of the international education, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has become a rising concern. Since 2016, our university has enrolled the Chinese-Australian "2+2" project of biotechnology. In order to improve the teaching quality, all obligatory courses including fermentation engineering have been reformed in English/bilingual teaching. In this paper, the bilingual teaching reform of fermentation engineering in the biotechnology specialty of Westa College has been investigated and analyzed, and the existing problem and shortcoming from aspects of bilingual teaching materials, bilingual teaching teachers and students’ English proficiency been explored. Moreover, the bilingual teaching way and effect of fermentation engineering have been evaluated and considered. This bilingual teaching reform of fermentation engineering can provide a reference.
