测绘地理信息技术在城市建设项目审计中的应用--以宁波市“三江六岸”品质提升项目为例

Surveying,Mapping and Geo-Information Technology Application in Urban Construction Project Audit:Taking the“Three Rivers and Six Waterfronts”Quality Enhancement Project in Ningbo as an Example

测绘地理信息手段为审计部门提供数据和技术支持,既满足了审计部门的业务需求,同时也是测绘地理信息业务转型的一大方向。本文讲述了采用测绘地理信息技术来辅助城市建设项目审计的方法,以此提升了城市建设项目的审计效率,并且指出用于城市建设项目审计的测绘地理信息数据的特点和存在的问题,为以后测绘地理信息技术服务于审计提供了参考。

Surveying,mapping and geo-information means provide data and technical support with the audit department,it not only meets the business needs of the audit department,but also is a important direction of surveying,mapping and geo-information business transformation.This paper introduces the technical scheme of using surveying,mapping and geo-information technology to assist urban construction project audit,enhances the efficiency of urban construction project audit,and points out the characteristics and problems of surveying,mapping and geo-information data for urban construction project audit,it will provide reference for using surveying,mapping and geo-information technology to assist audit in the future.
