摘要
物流业在我国现代服务业中占据着重要地位,面对着日益剧烈的同业竞争及经营效益差等问题,科学的经营绩效评价体系及方法可有助于物流企业认识自身不足,提出相应的政策建议提高自身的经营绩效。目前关于物流企业经营绩效相关研究已经较为丰富,通过梳理关于物流企业经营绩效评价体系及评价方法相关文献,可为物流企业科学评价自身经营绩效及给未来相关领域研究者提供相应的参考。
The logistics industry plays an important role in the modern service industry of our country.Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the same industry and the poor management efficiency,scientific management performance evaluation system and methods can help logistics enterprises to understand their own shortcomings,and put forward corresponding policy suggestions to improve their own management performance.At present,there are a lot of researches on the operation performance of logistics enterprises.By combing the relevant literature on the operation performance evaluation system and evaluation methods of logistics enterprises,we can provide a reference for logistics enterprises to evaluate their own operation performance scientifically and provide relevant researchers in the future.
