摘要
针对煤炭港口供应链下游煤炭需求企业受到突发事件影响而导致煤炭需求量骤增,依靠供应链上原港口能力无法解决的情况,提出了多港协同的应急调度方法,首先深入分析多港协同港口供应链系统的结构,在此基础上建立了多港协同应急调度的非线性模型,并设计了遗传算法进行求解。
In view of the situation that the coal demand enterprises in the downstream of the coal port supply chain are affected by emergencies,which leads to the sudden increase of coal demand,and cannot be solved by relying on the original port capacity in the supply chain,this paper puts forward a multi port collaborative emergency scheduling method.Firstly,the structure of the multi port collaborative port supply chain system is deeply analyzed,and then a non-linear model of multi port collaborative emergency scheduling is established.In addition,the solution of genetic algorithm is designed.
