摘要
“大数据”、“互联网+”时代背景下,供应链核心企业发现系统地优化供应链信息协同过程对企业降本增效起着巨大的作用。然而,传统供应链信息处理协同系统普遍存在智能化程度低、中心化管控等现象,引发协同效益差、企业间各自为战、供应链脆弱等问题。为解决上述问题,文中从供应链信息协同着手,全方位的考虑其影响因素后,提出以区块链技术为依托的供应链信息协同优化方案。从物流、采购和库存三方面着手构建优化总框架,尝试建立透明化、智能化、去中心化以及防篡改的信息协同系统,并详细阐述物流信息协同环节的优化过程,分析验证供应链信息协同与区块链融合应用的优势。
In the era of“big data”and“Internet+”,core companies in the supply chain have discovered that systematically optimizing the supply chain information synergy process has a huge impact on reducing costs and increasing efficiency.However,traditional supply chain information processing collaboration systems generally suffer from low levels of intelligence and centralized management and control,which have led to problems such as poor synergies,conflicts between companies,and fragile supply chains.In order to solve the above problems,this article starts with the supply chain information coordination,considers its influencing factors in all directions,and proposes a supply chain information collaborative optimization scheme based on blockchain technology.Starting from the three aspects of logistics,procurement and inventory,we set up an overall optimization framework,and tried to establish a transparent,intelligent,decentralized,and tamper-resistant information collaboration system.The process of optimizing the coordination of logistics information is elaborated in detail,and the superiority of the application of supply chain information coordination and blockchain integration is analyzed and verified.
