文中从健全应急物流政策法规体系、建立应急物流指挥部、搭建融合一体的物流信息平台、合理布局储备节点与构建物流网络方面来探索对策和建议。
This article explores countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the emergency logistics policy and regulation system,establishing an emergency logistics headquarters,building an integrated logistics information platform,rationally arranging reserve nodes,and constructing a logistics network.
