摘要
文中首先说明我国电子商务的蓬勃发展带来快递业重复配送频率大、配送质量不稳定等诸多问题,基于调查归纳出清晰的现有模式结构和组织形式;接着对我国“最后一公里”的传统配送模式与电商背景下共同配送模式进行定性对比分析,总结新模式的利弊;随后,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价,整理出影响共同配送发展的主要因素及其权重,并利用SWOT分析方法对共同配送模式的末端物流进行战略分析,最终提出切实可行的实施方案。
First of all,this paper explains that the rapid development of e-commerce in China has brought about many problems,such as large repeat delivery frequency and unstable delivery quality in the express delivery industry.Then the traditional distribution mode of“the last kilometer”in China and the joint distribution mode under the background of e-commerce are qualitatively compared and analyzed to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the new mode.Then,the main factors influencing the development of joint distribution and their weights are sorted out by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the end logistics of the joint distribution model,and finally a feasible implementation plan is proposed.
