互联网下发电企业财务管理模式问题研究

Research on the Financial Management Mode of Power Generation Enterprises under Internet

随着发电企业市场环境的变化,我国电力体制改革的逐步推进,新兴业务的挑战,发电企业改革的深化,传统发电企业财务管理模式呈现较大的局限性,传统的财务管理模式主要针对会计的基础核算,并未挖掘财务管理的作用。文中通过探索研究互联网冲击下传统发电企业财务管理模式的问题及其产生的原因和对策,力求达到企业资源完美整合、深化数据监管,推动财务转型,推动发电企业管理模式的改革创新,进一步提升发电企业财务管理的决策支持能力和风险管控能力[1]。

Along with the change of market environment,our local electric power generation system is reforming gradually.Because of emerging business challenges and deepening the reform of power generation enterprises,it has been shown that the traditional financial management mode of power enterprises has large limitation in some deed.Traditional financial management mode mainly focused on the basic calculations of accounting,while it did not dig the role of financial management.This article explores that,under the impact of the Internet,what problems the traditional model of power generation enterprise financial management has.Moreover,it also describes the reasons arising problems and some corresponding solutions.Based on these researches,this article hopes to find out how to integrate the enterprise resources,deepen the data regulation and promote the financial transformation.Hopefully,it will promote reform and innovation of enterprise management mode and further enhance the decision support of the power generation enterprise financial management and risk control ability as well.
