摘要
近年来,实体经营成本上升和电子商务兴起等诸多因素使得传统零售企业受到冲击,主营业务增长出现疲态,在“互联网+”背景下,越来越多的以实体店经营为主的传统零售企业开始寻求并购互联网相关企业以实现转型升级。文中以百圆裤业自2014年以来成功并购三家跨境电商企业为例,借助平衡记分卡模型综合分析并购转型的绩效,结果表明百圆裤业并购绩效整体上得到了提升。最后针对系列并购的经验进行总结,以期为传统零售企业在“互联网+”背景下转型升级提供相关的参考与借鉴。
In recent years,many factors such as the rise in the cost of physical operations and the rise of e-commerce have impacted traditional retail companies,and the growth of their main business has been sluggish.Under the“Internet+”background,more and more traditional physical store-based operations have traditionally Retail companies began to seek mergers and acquisitions of Internet-related companies to achieve transformation and upgrading.This article takes Baiyuan Pants Industry's successful merger and acquisition of three cross-border e-commerce companies as an example since 2014.Using the balanced scorecard model to comprehensively analyze the performance of M&A transformation,the results show that the overall performance of Baiyuan Pants Industry has been improved.Finally,it summarizes the experience of series of mergers and acquisitions,with a view to providing relevant reference and reference for the traditional retail enterprises'transformation and upgrading in the context of“Internet+”.
