珠三角、香港、澳门三地产业结构互补性强,具备良好的产业协同发展基础,由于各城市经济发展水平不平衡,产业发展规划缺乏协调,竞合关系面临越来越大的挑战等问题,需要推动珠三角产业向中高端发展;建立高效的沟通制度和利益协调机制;弱化行政边界,促进要素自由流动等措施促进粤港澳大湾区产业的协同发展。

The industrial structure of the Pearl River Delta,Hong Kong,and Macao is highly complementary and has a good foundation for coordinated industrial development.Due to the uneven economic development levels of various cities,the lack of coordination in industrial development planning,competition and cooperation relationships are facing increasing challenges,etc.,we need to promote the development of the Pearl River Delta industry to the mid-to-high end;establish efficient communication systems and interest coordination mechanisms;weaken administrative boundaries and promote the free flow of factors to promote the coordinated development of industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
