社会分层视域下高职院校生源结构分析研究

Analysis of Student Source Structure in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Social Stratification

高等职业教育对社会经济发展的作用毋庸置疑,然而高等职业教育发展过程中却深受社会分层的影响,与普通高等院校相比,生源质量相对薄弱。应通过加强基础教育的均衡化发展、提高高等职业教育的地位、提高高等职业院校毕业生质量、优化就业环境、推进本科层次职业教育等多方面措施,提高高等职业教育的办学能力和社会地位,提升其生源质量,促进社会良性运行和和谐发展。

In the new era,there is no doubt that higher vocational education plays an important role in the development of social economy.However,the development of higher vocational education is deeply influenced by social stratification.Only by grasping the influencing factors of social stratification behind the influence of higher vocational education can higher vocational education continuously improve its management and social status.Only in this way can we stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm and desire of social individuals at multiple levels for higher vocational education,and further promote the healthy development of higher vocational education.
