摘要
柳钢棒线型材厂的四棒和二高线加热炉采用黑体强化辐射节能技术,增大炉膛有效传热面积、提高炉衬的发射率、增加对钢坯的辐照度、使钢坯受热更均匀、减少燃料消耗。投用以来运行效果良好,加热炉的节能率可达4%~10%。
The blackbody energy-saving technology was adopted on the 4th bar rolling and 2nd hot rolled wire rods walking-beam furnace of Liusteel.Increased the effective heat transfer area of furnace,increased the radiation heat transmission of furnace lining,improved the heating quality,and reduced fuel consumption.The operation effect was good,realized the energy-saving of 4%~10%.
