无托槽隐形矫治器清洁方法的研究进展

Research Progress of Cleaning Method of the Invisible Appliance

无托槽隐形矫治器是利用计算机辅助设计并制作的可摘戴的牙列包裹型高分子材料的矫治器,每副矫治器一般需要佩戴1~2周,每天20h以上。研究表明,随着佩戴时间的延长,矫治器表面会形成牙菌斑生物膜,菌斑的大量堆积会增加口腔疾病的易感性。因此,矫治器的清洁在治疗过程中意义重大。为全面了解矫治器的清洗方法,本文对国内外清洁方法综述如下。

The invisible appliance is a kind of removable orthodontic appliance made of macromolecule material with the aid of computer aided design.Generally,each invisible appliance needs to wear for 1-2 weeks,more than 20 hours per day.Studies have shown that dental plaque biofi lm can form on the surface of orthodontic appliances along with the extension of wearing time,which can increase the susceptibility of oral diseases.Therefore,the cleaning of the appliance is of great signifi cance in the treatment process.In order to give a comprehensive understanding of the cleaning methods with invisible appliance,this paper reviewed and compared these methods at home and abroad.
