摘要 教育类专业人才培养模式的改革一直备受关注。"三岗五习"人才培养模式以教育心理学家Wallace的教师成长反思模式为理论依据,基于高职英语教育专业的构建实践,针对三个就业岗位进行差异化培养,突出岗位对接、分类指导、校校协同、双元育人和五段式学习过程特色,较好实现了校内学习、校外实践、从事岗位的有机融合与精准对接,提高了教育类专业的人才培养质量。 The reform of talent cultivation mode for education majors has always been given much attention."Three Posts and Five Phases"talent cultivation mode is based on the theory of Wallace’s reflective mode for teachers’development.This paper takes English education majors in vocational colleges for example and carries out differentiated cultivation for three posts.The mode features post connection,classified guidance,cooperation between colleges,dual education and five-phase learning and well realizes the organic integration and accurate connection of"college learning-off-campus practice-future post",thus improving the talent cultivation quality of education majors.
