针灸治疗中风后肩手综合征的研究现状

Research status on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

查阅近5年针灸治疗中风后肩手综合征的相关文献资料,分别从毫针针刺、电针、火针、穴位埋线、针刀疗法、腹针、眼针以及综合疗法等方面予以归纳整理,以期为今后针灸治疗中风后肩手综合征的方案选取提供更为有力的依据。分析表明不同针灸疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征各具特色,疗效显著,能较好地改善患者疼痛和肢体的活动功能,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Articles on acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke in recent 5 years were reviewed and sorted respectively from the aspects of the filiform needling, electric acupuncture,fire needling, acupoint catgut embedding, acupotomy treatment, abdomen needling, eye needling and comprehensive therapy, in order to build up a solid foundation for the future plans on the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome with acupuncture. Analysis shows that different acupuncture therapies to treat shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, with distinctive curative effect significantly, can improve patient’s function of physical activity and release their pains, thereby improving their quality of life.
