间歇性充气加压装置联合利伐沙班应用于脊柱手术后血栓形成预防效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨间歇性充气加压装置联合利伐沙班应用于脊柱手术血栓形成的预防效果。方法:选取行脊柱手术的患者73例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例使用单用利伐沙班预防血栓栓塞,试验组37例采用间歇性充气加压装置联合利伐沙班预防血栓栓塞,观察两组血栓发生率及预后情况。结果:试验组术后血栓栓塞发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术前各项临床功能指标检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后出血性并发症发生率比较试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱手术患者应用间歇性充气加压装置联合利伐沙班预防血栓栓塞效果显著,还能有效改善患者凝血功能,降低出血性并发症发生率。 Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of intermittent pneumatic compression device combined with rivaroxaban on thrombosis after spinal surgery.Methods:A total of 73 patients who underwent spinal surgery were selected and divided into control group(36 cases)and experimental group(37 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with rivaroxaban alone to prevent thromboembolism.The experimental group was treated with intermittent pneumatic compression device combined with rivaroxaban to prevent thromboembolism.The incidence and prognosis of thromboembolism in the two groups were observed.Results:The incidence of postoperative thromboembolism in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results of preoperative clinical functional indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The PT,TT and APTT of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative hemorrhagic complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intermittent pneumatic compression device combined with rivaroxaban in the prevention of thromboembolism is effective.It can also effectively improve the coagulation function of patients and reduce the occurrence of hemorrhagic complications.
