浓缩生长因子联合Bio-Oss骨粉在上颌磨牙区骨增量种植中的应用效果 被引量:5

Application Effect of Concentrated Growth Factor Combined with Bio-Oss Bone Powder in Bone Increment Implantation of Maxillary Molar Area

摘要 目的:探究不同治疗方式在上颌磨牙区骨增量种植中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年1月于本院就诊的30例上颌磨牙区骨增量的缺牙患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组15例(17颗)。对照组在改良上颌窦底提升术中应用Bio-Oss骨粉,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用浓缩生长因子(CGF)。比较两组的留存率、伤口愈合时间、上颌窦底提升高度及不同时间的水平骨宽度、水平骨宽度变化、骨厚度、骨密度及角化龈宽度。结果:观察组的留存率显著高于对照组,伤口愈合时间短于对照组、上颌窦底提升高度显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组的水平骨宽度、水平骨宽度变化、骨厚度、骨密度及角化龈宽度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良上颌窦底提升术中应用Bio-Oss骨粉及CGF的临床效果相对较好,具有更高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To explore the effect of different treatment methods on bone increment implantation in maxillary molar area.Method:A total of 30 missing teeth patients with bone increment in the maxillary molar region who visited our hospital from March 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study object.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment,15 cases(17 teeth)in each group.In the control group,Bio-Oss bone powder was applied in the modified maxillary sinus floor lifting surgery.In the observation group,concentrated growth factor(CGF)was added to the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of retention,wound healing time,elevation of maxillary sinus floor and horizontal bone width,horizontal bone width changes,bone thickness,bone density and keratinized gingival width at different time.Result:The retention rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the elevation of the maxillary sinus floor was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The horizontal bone width,horizontal bone width bone changes,bone thickness,bone density and keratinized gingival width of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Bio-Oss bone powder and CGF in modified maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery has relatively good clinical effect and higher clinical application value.
