胺碘酮联合炙甘草汤、养心复律汤治疗心律失常的应用价值

Application Value of Amiodarone Combined with Broiling Liquorice Root Decoction and Yangxin Fulv Decoction in the Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的:探讨胺碘酮联合炙甘草汤、养心复律汤治疗心律失常的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析本院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的120例心律失常患者病例资料,按治疗方式不同分对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组接受胺碘酮治疗,研究组接受胺碘酮联合炙甘草汤、养心复律汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分、动态心电图及心功能指标。结果:治疗后,研究组各项中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组短阵室速数、三联律数目、二联律数目及室早总数均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组各项心功能指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合炙甘草汤、养心复律汤可显著改善心律失常患者临床症状与心功能指标,减低心律失常发作次数,效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of Amiodarone combined with Broiling Liquorice Root Decoction and Yangxin Fulv Decoction in the treatment of arrhythmia.Method:The data of 120 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amiodarone,and the research group was treated with Amiodarone combined with Broiling Liquorice Root Decoction and Yangxin Fulv Decoction.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the all scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptom in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of short array ventricular velocity,trigeminy number,bigeminy number and total number of ventricular premature in the research group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all cardiac function indexes in the research group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with Broiling Liquorice Root Decoction and Yangxin Fulv Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function indexes of patients with arrhythmia,and reduce the number of arrhythmia attacks.The effect is obvious,which is worth clinical promotion.
