活血止痛散对人工动静脉内瘘的修复效果研究

Study on the Repairing Effect of Huoxue Zhitong Powder on Artificial Arteriovenous Internal Fistula

目的:探讨活血止痛散对人工动静脉内瘘修复的效果。方法:选择2019年3-6月于本院进行治疗的70例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者为研究对象。按照就诊时的顺序进行单双号分组,将其分为活血止痛散组35例和喜辽妥组35例。喜辽妥组使用喜辽妥乳膏,活血止痛散组使用活血止痛散外敷。比较两组用药效果及不良事件发生情况。结果:用药6周后,活血止痛散组人工动静脉内瘘修复总有效率为91.43%,明显高于喜辽妥组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药6周后,两组内瘘管径、内瘘血流量及透析中血流量均大于用药前,且活血止痛散组均大于喜辽妥组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。活血止痛散组血管狭窄、血管闭塞、血流量减少、血栓形成、皮肤周围硬结、皮肤周围红肿/淤血发生率均低于喜辽妥组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛散对人工动静脉内瘘有显著的修复效果,能够降低不良事件发生风险,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Huoxue Zhitong Powder on the repair of artificial arteriovenous internal fistula.Method:A total of 70 patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the research object.Group by single and double numbers according to the order of visit,they were divided into Huoxue Zhitong Powder group(35 cases)and Hirudoid group(35 cases).Hirudoid group used Hirudoid Cream,Huoxue Zhitong Powder group used external application of Huoxue Zhitong Powder.The drug efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:After 6 weeks of administration,in the Huoxue Zhitong Powder group,the total effective rate was 91.43%,significantly higher than 71.43%in Hirudoid group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of administration,the diameter of internal fistula,the blood flow of internal fistula and the blood flow during dialysis were all larger than before,and Huoxue Zhitong Powder group were higher than those in Hirudoid group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of vascular stenosis,vascular occlusion,decreased blood flow,thrombosis,scleroma around the skin and redness/congestion around the skin in Huoxue Zhitong Powder group were lower than those in Hirudoid group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Zhitong Powder has a significant repair effect on artificial arteriovenous internal fistula,and can reduce the risk of adverse events,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
