TIP术治疗小儿尿道下裂的效果及对术后并发症的影响

Effect of TIP in the Treatment of Hypospadias in Children and Its Influence on Postoperative Complications

目的:探讨尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术(tubularized incised plate,TIP)治疗小儿尿道下裂的效果及对术后并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年9月本院收治的64例尿道下裂患儿。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用Mathieu术,研究组采用TIP术,比较两组临床满意度、手术指标、手术成功率、并发症发生率。结果:研究组满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.379,P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术成功率和并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿道下裂患儿采取TIP术治疗的效果显著,可有效优化手术指标,提高临床满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of tubularized incised plate(TIP)in the treatment of hypospadias in children and its influence on postoperative complications.Method:From January 2018 to September 2019,64 children with hypospadias in our hospital were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the study group and the control group,32 cases in each group.Mathieu was used in the control group and TIP was used in the study group.The clinical satisfaction,operation index,operation success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction rate of the study group was 93.75%,higher than 71.88%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.379,P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results of the treatment of hypospadias with TIP are significant,which can effectively optimize the operation index and improve the clinical satisfaction.It is worth popularizing.
