摘要
本试验通过采集滥用抗生素的兔场中腹泻的、身体消瘦的大兔及不给小兔喂乳(且腹泻)的母兔脾脏和淋巴样品进行无菌检验,检出3株未知细菌。通过细菌分离、PCR扩增、药敏试验,得出3株菌分别是大肠杆菌和葡萄球菌,而且这3株菌对多种抗生素产生耐药性。由此可见,抗生素的规范使用必须得到重视,怀疑发生细菌性感染时,应根据药敏试验结果和国家相关规定合理用药。
In this experiment, we collected the spleen and lymph of the rabbits which were thin, emaciated and the rabbits which were not suckled by the mother’s milk. Three of them were unknown bacteria. Through bacterial isolation, PCR amplification and drug sensitivity test, we found that three strains were Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus, respectively. and they were resistant to many kinds of antibiotics drug property. It can be seen that the standard use of antibiotics must be paid attention to, and suspected bacterial infection should be reasonably used according to the results of drug sensitivity test and relevant national regulations.
