阿托伐他汀钙联合氯吡格雷在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合氯吡格雷在急性脑梗死患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年6月~2018年3月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组给予阿托伐他汀钙与氯吡格雷联合治疗。比较两组的炎性因子、神经功能缺损程度、总有效率。结果治疗2周后,观察组的白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙与氯吡格雷联用治疗急性脑梗死患者可显著降低炎性因子,改善神经功能缺损,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=60)by the random number table methods.Patients in the control group were treated with Clopidogrel,and in the observation group,they were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel.The inflammatory factors,the degree of neurological impairment and the total effectiveness rate were compared between the two groups.Results After two weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological impairment score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Atorvastatin Calcium and Clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly reduce inflammatory factors and alleviate neurological impairment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
