Application effect of VR glasses on primiparas′ childbirth

目的探讨VR眼镜在初产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月~2019年5月我院收治的71例初产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(35例)和对照组(36例)。对照组患者予常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上,于分娩时佩戴VR眼镜。记录并比较两组初产妇分娩时的疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)、言语反应量表(VRS)、现实疼痛强度量表(PPI)问卷进行评价]、心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评价]、分娩控制感[采用分娩控制量表(LAS)进行评估]、分娩总满意度。结果观察组初产妇的VAS、VRS、PPI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组初产妇的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组初产妇的LAS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组初产妇的分娩总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在分娩过程中佩戴VR眼镜,可有效缓解初产妇的疼痛感受,改善其心理状态,提升初产妇的分娩体验,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of VR glasses on primiparas′childbirth.Methods A total of 71 primiparas treated in our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(36 cases)by random number table method.Control group was given routine nursing intervention,experimental group was given VR glasses during parturition on this basis.The degree of pain during childbirth(visual analogue scale[VAS],verbal response scale[VRS]and real pain intensity scale[PPI]were used for evaluation),mental state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]were used for evaluation),sense of birth control(labour agentry scale[LAS]was used for evaluation)and total degree of parturition satisfaction were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS,VRS and PPI scores of primiparas in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The LAS score of primiparas in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total parturition satisfaction of primiparas in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using VR glasses can reduce primiparas′pain during parturition,improving their mental state and increasing childbirth experience,it is worth popularizing in clinical work.
