专业镇的创新效率与升级路径研究——基于广东省地级市数据

RESEARCH ON INNOVATION EFFICIENCY AND UPGRADING PATH OF THE SPECIALIZED TOWN ECONOMY BASED ON CITIES IN GUANGDONG PROVINCE

从产学研合作创新投入的视角测度了广东省20个地级市专业镇的创新效率,深入研究了产学研合作创新投入产出的优化方案,并探讨了广东省地级市专业镇转型升级路径。结果表明:广东省专业镇的产学研合作创新效率整体较高,但珠三角与粤东西北区域之间的差距明显,且产学研合作投入冗余主要集中在粤东西北地区,部分地级市甚至出现技术与规模效率"双低"现象;地级市专业镇的创新投入力度并不能反映其产学研合作创新效率的高低;广东省各地级市专业镇的产学研合作创新效率与发展规模情况不一,专业镇升级发展需分类指导推进。研究结果有助于明晰广东省地级市层面专业镇的产学研合作创新效率和升级路径问题,对广东省下一步在地级市层面推动专业镇创新发展具有重要意义。

From the perspective of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation,the innovation efficiency of the specialized town economy is evaluated in 20 cities in Guangdong,and the related input-output optimization scheme is examined to discuss the upgrading path of the specialized town economy in Guangdong province.The results indicate that the innovation efficiency of the specialized town economy in Guangdong is high as a whole,but the gap between the Pearl River Delta and other regions is obvious.The input redundancy of Industry-University-Research collaborative innovation mainly falls in these regions,and even with a low technology and a low scale efficiency.In addition,the innovation input of the specialized town economy does not reflect its collaborative innovation efficiency.There is no significant correlation between the collaborative innovation efficiency and the development scale of the specialized town economy.Such results will help clarify the collaborative innovation efficiency and the upgrading path of the specialized town economy at the city level,which is important to promote the innovation development of the specialized town economy in Guangdong.
