摘要 金属矿山井下反井钻井施工时,大直径反井钻机下井、运输、安装通常占用大量的辅助时间,工作量大,劳动强度高,效率低。夏甸金矿井下专用回风井工程采用BMC400型大直径反井钻机施工;通过对设备进行拆分,合理吊装,通过明井罐笼、斜坡道等运输通道下井等措施,实现了反井钻机等设备的安全快速下放,并顺利完成了设备组装。 When a construction with a raise boring machine in an underground mine of a metal mine,to put down in the underground mine,transportation and assembling of a large diameter raise boring machine generally would take lots of auxiliary time and would have a large workload,a high labor intensity and low efficiency.A special mine air return shaft of Xiadian Gold Mine was constructed with a BMC400 large diameter raise boring machine.With the dismantling of the equipment and rational lifting and with the measures of the mine shaft cage,inclined ramp,transportation roadway and others,a safety and rapid downward of the raise boring machine and equipment in to the underground mine was realized and the equipment assembling was successfully completed.
