十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性牡蛎壳及吸附水中日落黄性能研究

摘要 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性牡蛎壳粉,并以日落黄去除率为指标考察吸附效果,用柱式流动法排污。结果表明:牡蛎壳的最佳修饰方法为CTAB与牡蛎壳的质量比10%;0.4000 g粒径小于180μm的最佳吸附剂填装于总体积为2 mL的市售玻璃注射器中(φ=4.5 mm),填装高度为3.15 cm,可最大吸附日落黄1588μg。该研究对废弃牡蛎壳综合利用的开发有一定应用价值。 Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)was used to modify the oyster shell powder,and the sunset yellow removal rate was used as an indicator to investigate the adsorption effect,and the column flow method was used to discharge the sewage.The results show that the best modification method of oyster shell is the mass ratio of CTAB to oyster shell 10%;0.4000 g of the best adsorbent with a particle size of less than 180μm is filled in a commercial glass syringe with a total volume of 2 mL(φ=4.5 mm),the filling height is 3.15 cm,and the maximum absorption of sunset yellow is 1588μg.The research has certain application value for the comprehensive utilization of abandoned oyster shells.
