摘要
以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,硫酸钴溶液为钴源,采用湿式沉淀法制备了碱式碳酸钴,通过对比不同反应阶段碱式碳酸钴的形貌和粒度,探讨了碱式碳酸钴的生长行为。采用XRD对碱式碳酸钴进行了物相分析,其主要成分为CoCO3和Co(OH)2。采用SEM对不同反应阶段的碱式碳酸钴进行了形貌分析,随反应时间的延长,碱式碳酸钴颗粒由弥散分布的颗粒逐渐生长成为团聚体。采用激光粒度分析仪对其粒度分析,随反应的持续进行,碱式碳酸钴的粒度逐渐变大,且粒度分布逐渐集中。
Basic cobalt carbonate was prepared by wet precipitation method with ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant and cobalt sulfate solution as cobalt source. The growth behavior of basic cobalt carbonate was discussed by analyzing the morphology and particle size of basic cobalt carbonate at different reaction time. The phase analysis of basic cobalt carbonate was carried out by XRD. The main components are CoCO3 and Co(OH)2. The morphology of cobaltous carbonate with different reaction time was analyzed by SEM. With the extension of reaction time, cobaltous carbonate particles grew from dispersed particles to aggregates. Laser particle size analyzer was used to analyze the particle size. With the continuous reaction, the particle size of basic cobalt carbonate gradually increased, and the particle size distribution gradually concentrated.
