空气冷却器并联椭圆管组内水流流动的数值模拟

摘要 本文对并联椭圆管组内的水流流动进行了数值模拟。计算了三种不同集箱进出水方案的流动特性,分析了不同水流量对管组流量分配的影响。方案A,上集箱左侧进水,下集箱右侧出水。方案B,上集箱中部进水,下集箱中部出水。方案C,上集箱两侧进水,下集箱两侧出水。计算结果表明,流量分布均匀性方面方案C为最优方案。总流量较小时,流量分配均匀性较好,方案C流体压降最低。 In this paper, the flow in parallel elliptic tubes is numerically simulated. The flow distribution characteristics of three different schemes of inlet and outlet position are compared to each other and the influence of different water flow rate on the flow distribution of the pipe group is analyzed. The different schemes are, Plan A. water enters at the left side of the upper collecting box and leaves from the right side of the lower collecting box. Plan B, water enters at the middle part of the upper collecting box and leaves from the middle part of the lower collecting box. And Plan C, water enters both sides of the upper collecting box and leaves both sides from the lower collecting box. The calculation results show that the flow distribution uniformity of plan C is the optimal plan. When the total flow is small, the flow distribution uniformity is good, and the fluid pressure drop of plan C is the lowest.
